Delivery and Shipping

All listed prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Free shipping in Singapore does not allow tracking of orders. If you wish to track the delivery of your purchased items, please select the ‘Registered Mail’ options. All ‘Ordinary Mail’ deliveries are not tracked. 

Some overseas orders may experience custom delays or be subjected to import duties and taxes, which we are unable to control or advise. Please contact your local custom or post offices for these matters.

Once an order has been posted, all items are non-refundable. Items are sometimes damaged due to handling and shipping by third-party vendors. If you find an item defective, you may request for a replacement by sending us the defective item.
